Chair - vacant from summer 2023 - gradual handover available now

• General overseeing of any issues and chairing of managers’ meetings.

• Manage and oversee trophies and presentation day

Secretary - vacant from summer 2023 - gradual handover available now

• Liaise with the leagues and the FA

• General admin throughout the season.

Treasurer - vacant from summer 2023 - gradual handover available now

• Maintain accounts throughout the year, pay bills, chase subs

• Present updates to the committee (quite informal) at meetings 3 or 4 times a year.

• Present year end accounts to the AGM (May) and set subs for the next season.

Requires use of spreadsheets and social media. There are jobs to do throughout the season but busiest in September/October.

Child Welfare Officer - Kelly, Anna and Lizzie

• Manage safeguarding

• Manage DBS Criminal Records Checks of volunteers

Membership Secretary - Tricia and Emily

• Manage club online membership form 

• Add new players to the FA database - involves using Excel, the FA’s database and some chasing up of parents, so some IT ability and nagging skills required.

Coach Manager  - Rosie

• Order kit for new coaches (approx 8/year), including a batch of coaches’ coats before Christmas and take to Cheddar printers (Eggcatchers) for embroidery

• Keep an eye on expiring coaches’ qualifications and remind them.

Website Manager - Alex

• Maintain club website

Sponsor Manager - Rachael

• Edit and send invoice to sponsors and request logo if they are new

• Send Christmas thank you card to each sponsor

Training Jackets Co-ordinator - Kate

• Liaise with teams to get sizes/numbers

• Order online and receive/sort delivery

Pitch Co-ordinator - Matt 

• Co-ordinate with coaches and Kings/Sharpham/Churchill for bookings. Involves a bit of paperwork and emailing.

Equipment Manager - Steve 

• Liaise with coaches to get ball sizes/numbers and other equipment. 

• Order online and receive, sort and distribute.
