Kit and Equipment
Teams from Under 7 upwards usually need a new kit every other year, paid for by a sponsor. Coaches will ideally need to find a sponsor. Kit includes shirt, shorts and socks. Each player gets one free training jacket paid for by the club, then has to pay for subsequent ones. The club normally puts in a big order in November/December for training jackets.
Information for coaches ordering kit
Start by filling in the Playing Kit Order Form (it is helpful to get a parent to help with this). The Joma Size Guide can be used on your social media group to help parents request sizes. Remind parents to order a size big enough to last for 2 seasons. Once you have all the kit requirements, you will need to order the kit and send the invoice to the treasurer for repayment. For kit, we generally use Kitlocker.com although we are not restricted to them. We try to keep all teams in the same kit (Joma Tokio II shorts, Joma Winner short sleeve shirt, Joma classic black socks, Joma Zamora GK kit)
Meanwhile send contact details of the sponsor to the treasurer or sponsor manager who will invoice the sponsor and ask for a logo if needed.
Once kit has been received, shirts and training jackets go to Eggcatchers in Cheddar trading estate for printing. Eggcatchers will need to know which number goes on which shirt (or which initials on which training jacket).
